Creative Direction & Design Studio — Japan

Move the world,
1mm at a time.

世界を、1ミリ揺らす。

Creative direction that turns purpose into business and social value.

Eunir Design connects branding, co-creation, and inclusion through design. Based in Japan, we translate purpose into experiences, communities, and creative outputs that can travel across cultures — so people can understand, join, and share.

Designing the core,
so ideas can travel further.

Eunir Design is a creative direction and design studio based in Japan.

We help purpose-driven projects clarify their core message, shape it into visual identity, websites, communication tools, and systems that can continue to work beyond a single delivery.

Our work begins with listening. We structure complexity, translate values into language and design, and build creative assets that support business growth, cultural exchange, and social impact.

Across cultures, through design.

Eunir Design's three designs.

Eunir Design works through three connected pillars. Each pillar turns invisible values into visible forms — brands, products, communities, and experiences people can join.

Branding

Tradition,
handed to the next.

We shape the invisible values of an organization into a clear brand experience.

Through brand strategy, website design, information architecture, copywriting, and visual direction, we help people understand what a project stands for — and why it matters.

For traditional, cultural, educational, and purpose-driven organizations, we design not only how they look, but how they are trusted.

Case Study

Sahoha-Shitoryu Nihon Karate-do Kenwakai

We designed the website for Sahoha-Shitoryu Nihon Karate-do Kenwakai, a Shitoryu karate organization.

Founded in 1980 in Higashinada, Kobe, the dojo now runs 11 branches across the city.

For this website, we set out to carry the values the dojo has kept — respect, discipline, continuity, sincerity — straight to people meeting karate for the first time, to students, families, and supporters.

The still, clear air of the dojo.
The quiet, strong spirit living inside every movement.

We folded that atmosphere into the information architecture, the words, and the visuals, so the dojo’s posture comes through naturally on the site.

Co-Creation

Expanding creativity.
Connecting art and business.

We create and expand visual works into products, stories, and collaborative experiences.

Illustration, painting, package design, T-shirt graphics, and handmade objects can become more than individual artworks. They can become shareable products, cultural touchpoints, and bridges between creators, brands, and communities.

Small creative works can become the beginning of a larger relationship. We design the path from artwork to product, from product to story, and from story to community.

We do not just make things look beautiful.
We build structures that keep working.

Eunir Design is not a studio that simply delivers visuals and leaves. We clarify the core of a brand, organize its messages, design its visual and digital touchpoints, and create systems that allow the project to continue growing.

From concept to website, from visual identity to communication flow, from community design to creative collaboration — we design the stage where purpose can be seen, understood, and shared.

01

Clarify the Core

We define the essential value of a project and translate it into clear words and visuals.

02

Structure the Chaos

We organize information, stories, and creative materials into a system people can use.

03

Design for Continuity

We create guidelines, templates, and workflows so the brand can keep moving after launch.

What We Can Create Together

Companies, creators, welfare teams, communities, and social ventures —
people who want to turn their values into forms they can show and hand on.

Connecting Japan with the world,
one meaningful project at a time.

Eunir Design is open to international collaborations with brands, artists, cultural organizations, welfare teams, educational institutions, local communities, and purpose-driven projects.

Based in Japan, we work with people who want to turn values, stories, and social intentions into visible, shareable forms.

Whether the project begins with a brand, an artwork, a community, or a social challenge, we would be happy to explore how design can connect people across cultures.
